What is Orbis AI?

Orbis AI is an end-to-end AI recruiting platform for hiring teams. It screens applicants through a transparent multi-stage pipeline, conducts autonomous AI video interviews, can negotiate the offer, and gives recruiters an AI copilot to do the busywork, so people decide on the best candidates, faster.

How does the AI interview scoring avoid bias from a single model?

Each interview transcript is scored by three independent AI models that majority-vote. Separately, the Orbis copilot is built to refuse to rank, filter or score candidates by protected attributes such as gender, nationality, religion, age or disability.

Can the AI really negotiate salary?

Yes. When you enable it, the AI interviewer negotiates compensation at the end of the interview against a private ceiling you set. The candidate never sees the cap, and you receive the agreed amount and a summary.

Does Orbis AI work for hiring in the Middle East?

Yes. Orbis AI natively parses and preserves Arabic and bilingual resumes, and its screening is MENA-aware, including seniority and country mapping and a fail-safe that avoids auto-rejecting candidates whose Arabic resumes parsed with low confidence.

How do candidates get into the pipeline?

Publish a role to a branded career page and a structured job feed, paste the apply link into any job board, or bulk-import candidates from CSV, LinkedIn and Indeed exports. Every applicant lands pre-screened in your pipeline.

What can recruiters still control?

Everything that matters: you set scoring weights and filters, review every score, add your own interview questions, and make the hiring decision. Orbis asks for confirmation before it changes anything.

Which interview dimensions does Orbis score?

Each answer is graded on Relevance, Depth, Accuracy and Communication, alongside overall dimensions, producing an interview score out of 100, all scored by a three-model jury that majority-votes.

Can I add my own interview questions?

Yes. You can add your own questions or attach a custom assessment. When you approve a set, it becomes the authoritative interview for that role.

How do offers and scheduling work?

Create offer letters and send them for signature via DocuSign, and schedule interviews with Google Calendar and Google Meet links, all inside Orbis.

Is the AI interview conducted in Arabic?

Orbis video interviews are conducted in English today. The platform does natively parse and preserve Arabic and bilingual resumes for screening.
