What is autonomous ai interviewer?
An autonomous AI interviewer conducts a candidate interview on its own, asking questions, capturing answers, and producing a score, without a human running the call.
In Orbis, the autonomous AI interviewer holds a recorded video interview using questions generated from the role and personalized to each candidate, then scores the transcript with a panel of three independent AI models that majority-vote. Recruiters review the recording, transcript and scores afterward. The AI runs the interview; people make the decision.
