What is ai salary negotiation?
AI salary negotiation is when an AI agent negotiates a candidate’s offer on the employer’s behalf, within limits the employer sets.
In Orbis, the AI interviewer can optionally negotiate compensation at the end of the interview against a private ceiling you set. It anchors at the midpoint of your public range and never exceeds the cap, which the candidate never sees. Afterward you receive the agreed amount, whether agreement was reached, and a summary.
